Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii- Economy Shipping (5-8 business days) - 7 dollars.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

Shipment Confirmation Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s.) The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Duties & Taxes

Prices listed on our website are taxed in US dollars in the state of Nebraska, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, California which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receipt of your order in other states. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Disclaimer

Address or other customer error: If a package is returned intact to REFRIGERATOR FILTER STORE due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Refund will be made for the item minus the shipping cost.

Damages

REFRIGERATOR FILTER STORE is not liable for any products damaged
or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged,
please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save
all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping & Handling , ONLY if the order has been cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
